Setting up a nursery and cutting garden was something that I had always wanted to do, as I enjoy growing all manner of different plants and flowers. Lucikly last year we had the opportunity to begin to make the dream a reality and so Whinwhistle Nursery and Cutting Garden was born.

Party posies
My niece Katy who helped us serve teas, coffees and cakes on our grand opening recently contacted me to see if I would be able to help her employer (Rachel) with some posies for a party of 45. Rachel also helped us by providing the delicious cup cakes for our grand opening so I was more than happy to lend her a hand. Rachel's cafe has a very unique serving decor with mis-matching cups, saucers, plates and teapots being used to serve customers. We felt that it would be a great idea to build on this for the party! So we collected 14 teapots/jam jars from the cafe and I began to fill them with little posies to be placed on the tables. I've included some pictures below:
